My Sisters Graduation
My Sisters Graduation
By Arley Steinhour 021616
It is, with tears in eyes, of Joy, and Pain,
Upon my cheeks, they flow like Deluge-Rain,
Today, at Central time, zero six, thirty-five,
My elder Sister, was no more mortal, but 'Alive.'
She passed to Jesus, for her Welcoming-Hug,
All pain, and suffering from her back, she'll shrug,
He has taken away, her tears, and pain,
Never again, will she know that Stain.
Her heart refused, to hold till the end,
As Jesus, came early, for His Bride, and Friend,
She now knows, the Warmth and Love, He Gives,
Through His Grace, and Salvation, she truly Lives.
My heart, is weeping for her loss and gain,
Though Tears continue to fall, like a soft Spring-Rain,
Follow her lead, turn your heart to Jesus, our God,
The Choice is yours, to Eternal, Bliss, or the Rod.
Those who have known, my Elder Sister,
Enjoyed what she gave, to make life Richer,
A life of sharing, especially her children,
Three of her own, plus for a time, add Seven.
Her Faith in God, was 'Priestly Strong,'
All would be wise, to 'Tag Along,'
May we all, on Arrival, sing God a Song,
Of Praise, and Worship, Absolved of 'Wrong.'
AMEN
