The Rest of the Story

The King prepared for the Wedding Feast, (Mat 22:2
Much, money and time, in Preparation,
He Invited the Royals, and not the Least,
But, they all 'begged off,' to His Consternation.

All was prepared, when they withdrew,
As, anger, and frustration, arose in cheek,
With all the Royal, He knew He was through,
'Go out, and bring in, the Poor, and the weak.'

The King was wroth, at this bad situation,
Resolving, to be seen as 'Leader of Land,
'With Poor, and Weak, I'll make a Nation,
None of the Royal will Rule, as they Planned.'

His Army destroyed, them, and their City,
Bringing, to dine, wayfarers from highway,
The 'Bidden,' not worthy; Oh, such a Pity,
Highway, Bad and Good, be-robed, the Kings Way.

This is the story, of how, the Jew, Failed,
To recognize Messiah, and King, 'Emanuel,'
Temple, plus, Exile, Punishment Prevailed,
For refusing King, lasting Bi-millennial.

He went to the Cross, to pay all 'Sin Debt,'
For those who accept Him, as 'King and God,'
Chose to be His, before your death is set,
After Death, is Judgment, Heaven, or ROD.
