Mortality Through Eternity
Mortality Through Eternity
By Arley Steinhour 101315
We pass through this Mortality,
Preparing, for our Eternity,
Destinations are, but, only two,
Heaven, or Hell, for me and you.
We start our life, inside the Womb,
Once born, life's focused on the Tomb,
Experiencing the bad and the good,
With lessons learned, as we should.
Child, from Birth, to Three, be Mothers child,
To Suckle, and Coo, to keep child mild,
Ages, Three to Twelve, prepares to be Adult,
And, walk in the Faith, and not the occult.
Then, at age twelve, show one's capability,
To become worthy of Adult responsibility,
Then the training, for 'Help-meet,' or 'Man,
Raising their children, as best they can.
Two, became One, with God/Jesus, as Head,
Children grow up, Spiritually, by 'Parents, Well-Fed,'
Taking on the same trials and wonders of life,
Raising more generations, as 'Husband, and Wife.'
When Mortal days are over, we graduate Home,
'Up,' to our Savior, never more to roam,
With, all of Eternity, filled with Joy, and Praise,
Never again suffering, any type of malaise.
I wish I could end this, at the last stanza,
But, if I did, Satan would have a Bonanza,
Before your death, with Jesus, you must get right,
Or, go 'Down,' into Lake of Fire, to Satan's delight.
AMEN
