Mothers Day 2015

(Dedicated to the Mother of my five children, with love)

It takes a Special Mother,
To be married to a Swab,
And the children, not to smother,
When they acted like a 'Gob.'

She keeps the family, in line,
Using her very special charm,
Hugs, and Kisses, are just fine,
But, can threaten to break an arm.

She fills the gap that father makes,
When He's far away, 'at Sea,'
Though her heart often quakes,
Raises children, proud to see.

Please, raise your arms, to Heaven,
Thank God, for the Mom you love,
Call His Blessings, of the 'Seven,'
Praise her, as does Jesus, up, Above.
