The Bridegroom

The Lamb of God has paid the price,
To redeem our mortal Sin,
Eternally, Price does suffice,
Just Repent, to enter in.

He paid the price, upon the Cross,
Three days in Hell, then Resurrection,
So none of His would suffer Loss,
If Wedding Offer, is their Selection.

The contract sealed, with Bread and Wine,
The 'Blood, and Body,' of the Bridegroom,
Two Thousand years, she 'Tows the Line,'
To complete her role, considered 'Full Bloom.'

At the beginning, He knew the end,
Some would be swayed by Sinful lust,
Choose to be His, as Spouse and Friend,
Choosing wrong, becomes Flaming Dust.
