Judgment to Sate
Judgment to Sate
By Arley Steinhour 030815
Judgment, what each, of man, must face,
At the Throne, of God, Truth in Place,
For Deeds, while of the Human Race,
Judged to 'Reward,' or Eternal Disgrace.
Living life, as mortal, through Choices made,
At Judgment, receive Blessing, or upbraid,
With Blessing, Eternal, never to fade,
Or Rejected, Eternal, Torment unstayed.
God wants us to choose, to make up our mind,
To Follow, or Shun, to the Joy His Kind,
Through Satan's Lies, the Path's hard to find,
Narrow, and Straight, Free of Sin to Bind.
'Where is this God,' the doubter will ask,
Look to the Sun, in which we bask,
Far away, yet near, wearing no mask,
Shining through heart, without Subtask.
The Path, is narrow, to find God's Gate,
We need make that choice, before too late,
Before 'Crossing Over,' our Judgment to sate,
Repent through the Son, for a Glorious Fate.
AMEN
