Gnawing at Core

Satan is more or less a termite,
In the dark far superior to men
He gnaws at your core, so he just might,
Destroy Salvation, as has been his plan.

Those weak in God's word,
Though thinking they know verse,
May accidentally twist what they've heard,
And end up in a Spiritual hearse.

Carried away with their importance to God
Teach Heresy, to brother and Sister,
Pulling down more and more, by giving money a nod,
To dictate how they tickle the untaught ear.

Take care of the word, that they teach,
Though feeling good to carnal mind
Study and prove Biblically to be God's reach,
To help you know that of a Satan twisted kind.
