Quick Glimpse

Waking in the morning,
This holy Sabbath day,
We celebrate You, without mourning,
For Communal day without Satan's play.

But, even if we celebrate,
Sabbath day only, with you Lord,
We need to full accentuate,
All things are yours, even Satan's hoard.

Open hearts to see your splendor,
Give at least that much, a bit so small,
Beyond worldly Beauty at door,
A quick glimps of Heaven, over-all.

If that would go against your plan,
Reject the plea I offer,
And stick with that, you have at hand,
So you suffer not one scoffer.
