Door Agape

The door was gaping open,
Sign, 'Welcome Home, where all is Free,'
A prayer is whispered, hoping,
That, 'Welcome Home' is for you and me.

In the Gate of Gold and Silver
Precious Stones encrusted everywhere,
Shines a special message from 'Law Giver,'
For every new arrival, judged worthy to be there.

We know that we are Sinners, all,
Each worthy of Total Death,
Now enter 'Justified,' as winner, tall,
Through the Blood of Jesus, purchase of our Breath.

The price was paid, upon the Cross,
By God, the Son, to redeem His Bride,
Our acceptance takes away the Dross,
Yet, so many, run and hide.

The time is short, as many see,
Through events, not normal for the day,
Son comes for Bride, as Family
At any time in the future, but not yesterday.
