*Practice Hard...It is in Practice where champions are made. Practice is preparation for Game

Time. Give everything you have, all the time. Go Hard every single rep.

*Be A Leader...You don’t have to lead with your words, lead by example.

*Don’t Make Excuses..always accept responsibility for your actions.

*Be Positive...Believe and you will achieve. A positive attitude, just one spark can fan a flame through a whole team. Be that spark.

*Play with Selflessness.....Be a team player. Sacrifice for the good of the team and your Brothers.

*Stay Mentally Tough...Be strong no matter what the situation. Never panic. Believe that you can handle anything thrown your way.

*Play with Fire...Get excited, get fired up! Enjoy the game of Football, the best game on the planet.

*Play with passion......Trust me on this one. *Play every moment like it’s your last game. You can never get these times back and they will be remembered forever if you do it right. If you do it wrong and have a conscience, it will haunt you forever and ever.*

*Play Smart.....Keep a narrow focus. Do your job with intensity and concentration. Never, ever lose sight of your goals.
