2013's returning 1000 Yard Passers and 700 yard receivers

28 Nebraska high school quarterbacks who threw for over a thousand yards will return in 2013 to drive defenses crazy. Among a group of 8 Class A quarterbacks is sharp shooter Alex Ditoro of Papillion La Vista. Ditoro led the entire state in passing, completing an amazing 243 of 389 passes for a whopping 3,112 yards and 31 touchdowns. That's connecting at a rate of 63% folks. Ditoro started for the Monarchs a year ago as a sophomore and threw for 2,634 yards and 28 scores....impressed yet?

Ditoro, who set a state single game passing record last season when he threw for 484 yard vs. Millard North, has a career total of 5,746 yards. The 6-0, 175 pound senior-to-be also set the state single season passing record a year ago with his 3,112 yards.
