Week 6 General Election Projection
A new week gives us a new state with a poll. This time around it is Utah. As you can see above, for the time being Utah is moving from a safe pickup for Trump a likely. The reason being is because there are now more polls for the state and it is proving, right now at least, to be much closer than the experts believe.
On average Trump is leading Clinton 35.6-30.6% and in the last poll released 36-29 preceded by poll that showed the two deadlocked.
ARIZONA:
Both pollster and real clear politics are in agreement on Arizona now that a new poll out this week by a Republican leaning pollster shows Clinton up 47-72. With that poll, pollster now has enough polls for a trend line with Clinton leading on average 41.6-39.7%. It needs to be stated that five polls have been released in Arizona with Clinton leading by 5 and by 7 in two, Trump leading by two in two other polls and a tie in the fifth.
NORTH CAROLINA:
The only other state to really show any kind of shake up is now showing the state as a tie between Clinton and Trump. For now I will keep the state in the lean Trump camp. The trend is going towards Clinton at this point.
